XH-50A/K75 is a kind of double-component polyurethane dry laminating adhesive with high quality. It can be applied to the lamination of different materials such as OPP, CPP, PE, CPE, PET, NY, Al and also VMPET, VMCPP.

B. Characteristics

1.       Good viscosity to the film material;

2.       With high viscosity speed, being applied to the laminating of kinds of rigid material like aluminum foil or material requiring high vacuum film laminating;

3.       Good performance of anti-freeze, medium resistance, acid & piquancy resistance and acid & alkali resistance;

4.       Good humidification and leveling property, widely adapted to the coating with high speed

        Commonly speaking, XH-50A/K75=100/11-15, but the proportion can be chosen according to your need. If there is no special requirement, XH-50A/K75=100/13 will be provided to the users

E. Dilution & Requirement

Solvent is mostly ethyl acetate, the water content should be less than 0.2%, and the solvent must not contain live hydrogen such as alcohol and amine.

G. Glue quantity in coating: 2.5-5g/ m2 (dry basis)

H. Laminating dry passage temperature: 60-70-80 (for reference)

I. Ripe temperature: 40-50

J. Ripe time: over 12-48 hours
